Center Yoga

Center Yoga is a modern interpretation of classical yoga— matching breath with movement, mastery through repetition and held poses, and the use of props in the belief that yoga is for all bodies. Look forward to a balanced practice that incorporates aspects of breathwork, heating, and cooling postures.

Build strength and tonify muscle groups as you move through yoga postures. You’ll combine optional weights with Power Yoga sequencing to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in calethetic moves like squats, crunches, and pushups.

Slow down and let go. Candle Lit Yin is a gentle, restorative 75-minute practice held in the warm glow of candlelight, designed to help you release tension and go inward. Using props to fully support the body, you'll sink into long-held stretches that target the deep connective tissues — melting away stress and leaving you feeling open, restored, and at peace.

Center Yoga II

Center Yoga II is our advanced 75-minute hatha practice built for students ready to go deeper — more demanding strength drills, more intense flexibility work, and challenging inversions that require focus, control, and a solid foundation. The shared experience and community spirit of Center Yoga, elevated to meet your next level.

Every expert was once a beginner. Master Class is a two-hour intensive hatha practice that invites you to discover what you're truly capable of — working through advanced strength work, deep flexibility training, and complex inversions with a community that will support and inspire you every step of the way. Challenging by design, but rooted in the belief that growth is available to everyone willing to show up.

This energizing vinyasa flow links breath to movement through dynamic sequences designed to tone your muscles, sharpen your focus, and build heat from the inside out. In 45 minutes, you'll strengthen, stretch, and leave feeling clear and ready to take on whatever the day brings.

Before Your First Class
Book a class in advance online or on the MindBody app. On the day of your class, arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get settled.
Classes can be booked up to 30 days in advance
Mats, small towels, and water are provided but feel free to bring your own!
Cubbies are available for personal belongings
What to Expect During Class
Get ready to feel the connection and balance within- and to sweat a little (or a lot) too!
Classes can fill up, so arrive early to get settled.
Our classes are designed for all levels of experience. Throughout the class, we will offer different variations of poses to meet you wherever you are in your practice.
Instructors will offer individual adjustments and/or suggest props to modify certain poses.
Be sure to inform your teacher of any particular physical restriction or injury you are dealing with! They can offer modifications and suggestions to accommodate you.

You can book a class up to 30 days in advance. Reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before class starts.

A good place to put your yoga mat is in the back of the room, close to a door or side wall so you can use other students as a guide while practicing. We also encourage you to let the instructor know that it’s your first time. They’ll happily give you added guidance and assistance during class to ensure you’re practicing safely.

Arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class starts. We provide mats, small towels and water, or you can bring your own if you like! Wear fitted moisture wicking clothes.

We recommend those who have never taken yoga before to start with a Center Yoga or Yin Yoga class to learn our flow. In both classes, we offer layers and options for all levels. Connect with your instructor before or after class to ask questions or get class recommendations. Reserve your spot here.
