Ariadna Ignatenko
Ariadna’s yoga journey began 8 years ago when she met her first yoga teacher Tatyana Savina, who introduced her to pranayama and Hatha yoga. Ever since, she’s dedicated herself to following the yogic path and maintaining the awareness of feelings, thoughts, actions, emotions, and the breath.
She has a 200hr YTT from Atri Yoga School, Rishikesh and a 100hr Ashtanga YTT from Pure Yoga West, NY. She has taken countless workshops and classes with some of the most talented and inspiring teachers of our time: Serchmaa Byamba, Yulya Mihailova, Mihaela Karkia, Phillip Askew, Scott Harig, Eddie Stern, Sharath Jois, Isaac Peña, Dharma Mittra, Adrian McCavitt, Saraswathi Jois, Virgile Peyramaure, Olaf Triebel, Urnaa Amarsanaa, Kino Macgregor and many, many others.
Continuous exploration has led her to deepen and broaden her practice through various sequences and patterns of movement. Ashtanga, arm balance, contortion, acrobatics and pilates have enriched her life and brought more balance, cheerfulness, and wellbeing. She can’t wait to share it with you!
