After booking your treatment, your therapist will reach out to get a brief health history. During this time you and your therapist will work together to find your perfect massage type.

Once you arrive for your appointment your therapist will help you prepare for your session and answer any questions you may have. You will have time to change or undress if need be (clients do not have to be fully undressed. During the session client is covered by the massage sheets.)

If you are receiving Neuromuscular Release Technique Massage please wear or bring a set of loose, comfortable clothing.
