For thousands of years, people have gathered on the full moon. It is a time to celebrate where we are and a time for energetic alchemy. During this cosmic event, the light of the full moon (and for this night, an eclipse) is seen as a metaphor for bringing light to our Shadow Self. Our shadow self holds the parts of us that are fearful, repressed, angry, criticized or ridiculed. Yet tonight, there is an opportunity to re-integrate these parts into our being. To become aware of, and shift patterns that are hindering your relationships to your loved ones, to your friends, to your Self and the world around you.


With the eclipse landing in Taurus, you will be learning how to embody the high vibrations of this archetype to help create transformation in your life. Taurus reminds us that through stillness and peace, we receive all the answers we need. It finds solace by connecting to the five senses to ground into the body and tune into the whispers of our intuition. Through this process, we learn to trust ourselves and our capabilities. We become resilient and feel confident that we can weather any storm - and that is a skill that we all need throughout life. 

Meet

Natalie is an empowerment mentor who supports clients in returning home to their authentic selves, so they can feel courageous, fulfilled and live a heart-centered existence. She facilitates this process through transformational coaching, retreats and ceremonies that consist of a uniquely curated approach of modalities such as sound meditation, aromatherapy, yoga, herbal remedies and breathwork.

Natalie has a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Psychology and Consciousness Studies and is a certified Yoga teacher.

As an avid meditator and wellness enthusiast, she enjoys sharing techniques that support clients in improving their sleep, focus, confidence and energy levels.
